Accurate guidance comes only from within while in conscious unity with the undifferentiated, quantum field of unified intelligence.

Group Process Agreements

Note taking is essential because:

FlowStatesFeature2The very act of writing  integrates both brain functioning and subjective experience.  Writing  our insights with a utensil other than a keyboard during small group sessions is in and of itself part of a balancing, healing, awareness-expanding process.

Rekindling the Fire of Fox practices are incessantly evolving and emerge from community-of-practice participants’ direct personal experiences.  Practices will therefore not be published in a “how to” format inasmuch as, to do so would be to offer a snapshot which became inaccurate a nanosecond after it was captured. The kaleidoscope of experience will have already have shifted the impermanent image.

Our community embraces the wisdom brought to light by ancient philosophers and today’s quantum scientists alike about the fallacy of  trying to codify what is appropriate for a moment in time and following it as gospel truth long after it is outworn. The human mind-brain reflexively grasps, shapes, forms and attempts to solidify information in order to render it manageable. Manageable isn’t always helpful or useful. Trying to turn what is dynamic and incessantly changing, into something static is a definition of suffering.

Small Group Session Objectives:

  1. Feedback – only through experience sharing, deep listening, and repetition of practice,
  2. Learning – a new or enhanced practice.

Small Group conversations are specifically for, a) the sharing of members’ experiences with having executed the practices on their own continually since the group last met, b) listening deeply to other’s experience, c) learning the next, enhanced practice for a subsequent small group meeting.

A key agreement is that the small group session is a feedback system rather than the only, or primary time members work through a practice. Deepening of neuronal pathways requires consistent, frequent, repeated work with a given practice.

A simulation can happen in a nanosecond if we have been practicing it continually —if we make it part of our ongoing self-awareness enhancement. The practice will be familiar and at the ready for challenging situations if we’ve already worked with it. This we all do as often as possible throughout the course of our daily lives:

Small Group Dynamics

  1. Observe complete confidentiality about everything that is shared among us.
    • Audio or video-taping of community-of-practice sessions, or photographing of participants is prohibited.
    • Choose to share fully or to offer just enough content for others to get the gist of how some aspect of the practice unfolded.
  2. Listen deeply.
  3. Fully respect and be deeply sensitive to everyone,16508329_585934848283871_8640702799145897990_n
  4. Speak up if you feel that respect and sensitivity have not been demonstrated in some way.
  5.  Everyone is invited to speak when moved to do so, —as many times as needed with the following behavioral and mind-mastery provisos
    • Share only your own direct experience.
    • Say everything that needs to be said yet be mindful not to speak for an inordinately long period of time.
    • As we speak we will not directly reference, comment on, or give advice on another Friend’s statement or experience.
      • After a Friend speaks, we simply listen deeply take in what has been offered for our information and edification rather than assess, compare, or verbally do anything with that information.

Imagery: Imagine we are all sitting in a circle and there is a beautiful light-filled, round cloth in the middle of the circle upon which we each place the offerings of our practice.

Facilitator Role:

  • Clarify nuances of the practice process,
  • Offer enhanced practices for subsequent meetings.

The next round of community-of-practice small group sessions will take place on November 20, 21, 27, 28, and 29, 2017.
